I had nice experience and would stay here again. Accommodating people working here, ideal place. The room was fine and updated, the bathroom was spotless. Location: the hotel was very close to restaurants as well as downtown DC. Had tea and goodies at Dunkin', nestled 1 mi of the property.

Clean bed, spacious room, the bathroom was big with a small shower that could've been bigger, but overall, the room was comfortable and well-equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It's conveniently located just 3.5 km from the train station.

The room was nice and newly remodeled, which definitely stood out. The air conditioning worked well, and I liked having a fridge. Water was warm and clean, so no complaints there. On the downside, the smell of cannabis was pretty strong and not really kid-friendly. Plus, there was some confusion with payments, annoying.

The kids loved being close to Capital One Arena where we caught a great event. Our room was spacious with clean bathrooms and reliable Wi-Fi, made staying with 5 teenagers and 2 children quite manageable.

My kids wished there were more activities or a pool for them to enjoy during downtime.

We had a nice time for three nights, enjoying the comfy bed in our Deluxe King Room and the clean pool area. It’s awesome to relax at the outdoor seating and unwind in the hot tub, perfect after a long day. The only downside was a lingering smell in the room, but it didn't ruin our stay! 😊
